You need to be the legal owner or an authorised agent. For land, we ask for the title deed or lease agreement before the listing goes live — that is what the green shield means.

A real person at Lehae checks your ID against your documents, usually within 24 hours. Until then your listing sits in the review queue, invisible to buyers.

Never. You pay your monthly plan, the buyer pays you. We do not touch the price, the transfer or the handshake.
